Millennials: They are the anti-social generation

Milenial begitu tergantung kepada teknologi, waktu mereka habis untuk bergumul dengan layar smartphone menjadikan mereka kehilangan kemampuan dasar berinteraksi dan bersosialisasi (basic social skills) dengan orang lain.

Milenial semakin tertarik pada digital engagement (online, virtual) ketimbang physical engagement (offline, real). Itu sebabnya pendekatan marketing tradisional yang hanya mengandalkan pengalaman fisik konsumen kini sudah semakin tidak relevan lagi.
